Made in Grand Junction, Colorado

Every joint
deliberate.
Every panel
hand‑seamed.

We mill and finish our own hardwoods. We seam each aluminum panel by hand. Every trailer moves through our Grand Junction workshop one at a time, built by craftspeople who put their names behind every build.

About the Workshop →

The details that make the difference.

Hand-finished birch plywood

Every interior panel is cut and finished in our workshop — one-inch foam behind it, craftsmanship in front.

One of the largest skylights in its class

Fall asleep under stars. Wake up to mountain light.

A camp kitchen that works

Stainless sink, stove slide-out, onboard water — everything behind one hatch.

Enamel-baked aluminum siding

Baked-on finish, anodized top. Built for Colorado weather and whatever comes after.

The Build Process

Built to order.
Built for you.

Every Timberleaf is made from scratch for its owner.
No inventory. No shortcuts.

  1. Configure

Complete the build form — pick your model, suspension package, and options. Our team reviews every order and follows up within 1–2 business days.

  2. Reserve Your Spot

A deposit holds your place in our build queue. Every trailer is built in the order received.

  3. We Build It

The final 4–6 weeks of your wait is when your trailer comes to life. You’ll receive photo updates as each stage is completed.

  4. Pick It Up

When it’s done, we send the final invoice, VIN, and pickup or shipping options. You drive away in something made for you.

You can probably
tow a Timberleaf.

The Kestrel starts at 90 lbs of tongue weight. Most crossovers can tow 1,000–3,500 lbs. The math usually works.

Smaller crossovers & compact SUVs

KESTREL

860 lbs dry, 90 lb tongue weight — among the lightest in its class.

Mid-size crossovers & AWD wagons

PIKA

110 lb tongue weight — built with crossover owners in mind.

Full-size SUVs, trucks & 4Runners

CLASSIC

1,500 lbs dry. Tows cleanly behind any capable tow vehicle, with three suspension packages to match your rig.
